Hamlet of Ridgevalley: Vision Statement & Land Use Concept

We have taken the feedback received from the Community Survey and the Community Workshop to create the draft land use concept and vision statement for the Ridgevalley Area Structure Plan (ASP).

The land use concept will guide future (10- 20+ years) land uses, provide clear direction on growth, and where to prioritize growth and investment. 

It is important to note that an ASP will not change your current land use or prohibit you from continuing to use and enjoy your property in its current state.
