The Municipal District of Greenview (Greenview) is undertaking a project to update the Grovedale Area Structure Plan (ASP) in 2025. Greenview’s current Grovedale ASP was adopted in September 2018.


Purpose of the Project

  1. To engage the public in reviewing the Grovedale Area Structure Plan to identify solutions for issues or development barriers noted within the plan
  2. Reduce red tape and barriers for development within the areas identified within the Grovedale ASP
  3. To ensure residents, business owners and other relevant members of the public understand the purpose of the Grovedale ASP review
